Vision Statement for the Youth Ministry

My vision for youth is simple:  point them to Jesus.  Having each member of the youth fully realize their significance as an individual, an individual within a church body, and how that church body accentuates the body of Christ, is fundamental to their spiritual growth.  As the youth deepen their relationship with the Lord by and inward journey, the Lord will draw them deeper in Him with an upward journey, and He will shape the dreams, gifts, and callings for the outward journey to the world.  Then, look at the words God uses for the journey.  He is the author of their life.  He shapes dreams, and writes on the tablet of their heart.  God is the master storyteller and the consummate artist and only in Him and through Him will youth find fulfillment.
